Artwork Specification
Digital artwork would best be supplied in PC format but Mac format is also acceptable.
The following PC types are preferred:
- EPS files (.eps)
- Adobe Illustrator files (.ai)
- JPEG files (.jpg)
- TIFF files (.tif)
- Bitmap files (.bmp)
- Acorbat Portable Doc file (.pdf)
Please include file extensions on ALL files, fonts and photographs and externally linked files should be included on the disk.
- Colour proofs should be supplied with colour references; i.e. PMS, BS, RAL numbers. (Due to 4 colour separation, exact matches may not be achieved. Approval of colour proofs would be required prior to final printing)
- DO NOT include bleed or crop marks on your document, keep to your page dimensions.
- For vector packages ie. Freehand/Illustrator, files should be supplied in an editable format as well as having fonts converted to Paths.
- Photographs should be supplied at 300dpi at ¼ or ½ size. Try not to exceed 150mb for photographs. Keep your files to one page per design. Artwork can be produced to a ¼ or ½ size. If your file contains lots of photographs then keep your files down to ¼ size.

Artwork may be supplied on the following;- CD-Rom, 3.5” Floppy disk (1.4mb) or by E-mail.
